A DJHS Teacher interviewed about how the media portrays youth!
Ms. Chandler led a positive and challenging conversation with students in one of her classes, in which she discussed the power that students have. A DJHS student worked with Ms. Chandler in crafting a letter that was sent to the media on how the media portrays many of the youth in our society. 7 News responded within two hours and sent one of their reporters to interview Ms. Chandler. 2-7-2018
